Relationship with foreign workers with specific skills

繊維業で特定技能外国人を受け入れる場合、JASTI監査を受けて適合していることが追加要件となっています。これにより、外国人労働者の受け入れにおいても国際的な人権基準が遵守されることが確認されます。

When accepting foreign workers with specified skills in the textile industry, passing a JASTI audit and being compliant is an additional requirement. This ensures that even when accepting foreign workers, international human rights standards are being followed.

監査の内容

ASTI監査では、強制労働、児童労働、安全衛生、差別禁止など9分野にわたる84項目の監査要求事項が設定されています。初回監査と2回目以降の監査で判定基準を変えることで、事業者が取り組みやすく、継続的改善を促す仕組みになっています。

In ASTI audits, there are 84 audit requirements across nine areas, including forced labor, child labor, safety and health, and anti-discrimination. By changing the evaluation criteria between the first audit and subsequent audits, it makes it easier for businesses to tackle them and encourages continuous improvement.
